MCY Series
Cycling Thermal Mass Ref. Air Dryers
(100 scfm – 5000 scfm)
Mikropor True Cycling Refrigerated Dryers “cools” a Liquid Glycol Mix and is stored in a cold tank at approx. 34 °F. The R513A Refrigerant “cools” the Glycol Mix then is cycled via a pump through the Refrigerant to Air Heat Exchanger(s) to remove the Heat from the incoming compressed air to obtain a 38°F Dewpoint while removing the condensate using the MZL No Waste Electronic Drain(s). This technology not only helps maintain a steady Dew Point there are also energy savings realized by turning the refrigerant compressor on and off when needed during varying and partial load cycles. Integral Pre & Post Filters are Standard on the MCY-US-100 scfm through the MCY-US-2350scfm Models which meets the Air Quality Standard ISO 1,4,1 without any other options needed. The MCY-US Series utilizes the new R513A Refrigerant that in addition to our new Microchannel Condenser sets our MCY-US Series apart from the competition.

The Compressed Air and Gas Institute (CAGI) and a group of its member manufacturers have developed standard formats for reporting performance as a service to end users of compressed air system equipment. All participating members of these sections have agreed to use the standardized reporting forms, known as CAGI Datasheets, and have agreed to post the sheets on their websites. Select the product categories below to find the CAGI data sheets for the Mikropor America models you are evaluating.
