High Capacity Turbo Dryer
Mikropor Refrigerated Turbo Dryer or the MTD brings an innovative approach to refrigerated compressed air drying systems. The MTD is tremendously efficient to use in a high- capacity drying process which is within 5000 scfm – 15000 scfm range. A large capacity Refrigerated drying system rated at 38°F Dew Point is often very expensive and can be very cumbersome due to the lack of available space in the equipment room. Mikropor solved these problems with its new compact design of the MTD-US series. The MTD-US series utilizes a single Refrigeration System, and all components are designed in one compact package. Water-Cooled is standard with Air-Cooled as an option. The MTD is a Thermal Mass/Cycling Glycol System technology drying process that adds energy savings when varying compressed air loads are prevalent.
