Mikropor MEHD Series, our Externally Heated Desiccant Twin Tower Air Dryers, offered in models from 500 scfm to 6000 scfm provide constant -40 °F ( -94 °F Optional ) pressure dew point. Due to utilizing the External Heaters to assist in regeneration of the desiccant bed equates to less Purge Air Loss to approx. 6-7% which means more clean dry air available to your applications. 2-Pre-filters rated at 1µ and 0.01µ and 1- High Temp Post-filter rated at 5µ are standard on the MEHD from 500 scfm thru 3000 scfm Models. Above 3000 scfm the filters are á la carte. For Desiccant Dryers Great Pre & Post Filtration is essential to better protect the Desiccant from contamination and to keep any possible desiccant dust migrating downstream.
